actually the best way to eat liver marinate it in chopped garlic, chilli and a fair amount of salt then adding quater cup of oil in a pan on high heat till it starts to smoke add the liver and right before it finishes cooking adding chopped green hot peppers and mix for 2 mins and finally serve it with bread you can squeez a lemon it ,it gives a nice flavour it's a very popular delicious Egyptian street food

Things I don't like: Sauerkraut, Rotkohl, Spargel, Sauerbraten, Senf, Kohlrabi - Problem is, I'm German, and saying that you don't like these things is basically heresy here. More international tastes I don't like: Taproot vegetables (like carrots and beets), leaf salad (yes, all of them, but I can take a tiny little bit of Rucola), pickles (but I do like other pickled vegetables) and tuna. Things I do like most people don't like: Brussel Sprouts, Kale, Cauliflower, Broccoli.

I thought Chris Morocco was my favorite until now. I eat peanut butter straight out of the jar with a spoon. Daily. I practically survive on the stuff. I don't know if we can be friends. You wonder why peanut butter doesn't have any friends, Chris? This is why. It's because of haters like you. But it's ok because peanut butter and bananas have each other. They're both better off without you - they can be MY friends instead. In my belly.

I actually really love this challenge, like it has to be pretty complicated to think of something to make that both features an ingredient but also presents it in a way that's different/more tasty than they may have had it before.

Great to see you guys including century egg in the video. They are delicious! One tip tho: you need to add some rice vinegar to it. The vinegar neuturalize the ammonia and gets rid of the unpleasant smell. trust me, i'm chinese...
